In my career, I've always sought ways to uncover and utilize the hidden synergy in organizations and our everyday lives.

From a technical (computer science) background, I migrated towards management and was always confronted with the win-loss culture of almost all ventures and enterprises I encountered.

In 2003 this changed with meeting Prof. Boaz Ronen and a couple of years later Dr. Eli M. Goldratt. Both presented me with the world of Win-Win-Win and Synergy, where people working together can create much more than in isolation.

I worked directly with Eli Goldratt for 7 years (in Goldratt Schools and Goldratt Consulting), during which time I developed many solutions and new knowledge about the Theory of Constraints (TOC) methodology.

In 2019, I received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Theory of Constraints International Certification Organization (TOCICO).

About Vectis Solutions

The creation of Vectis Solutions ("vectis" is the Latin word for "lever") was an answer to a market saturated with ineffective, hourly-based consulting companies that would perpetuate themselves at the expense of their clients. In our view, we believe that it is only morally acceptable to accept an engagement when there is significant value and ROI to be delivered. If there is no clear way for us to deliver significant value and returns in reasonable time frames, we will decline the project.

In our journey we worked either as a standalone consulting company or in association with other compatible companies or organizations to provide solid TOC bases solutions to clients in a wide variety of industry segments.
